Easy Personnel SoftwareEasy Personnel software complies with the Employment Act.1st March 2007 Easy Personnel software now complies with the Uganda Labour laws (The Employment Act 2006) regarding the computation of overtime. The law was revised in August 2006 and provides that the overtime rate for work on public holidays is 2 as opposed to the 1.5 rate used for the normal days. EP now gives the user the option to cater for this requirement.
