Easy School Manager Pro SoftwareEasy School Manager Pro archival facility improved17th April 2007 Easy School Manager Pro - a premium school management software now has the facility to archive and retrieve the archived data for further transactions updates. An example is where a student leaves school without paying all the school dues. After a year or so this data will be archived;i.e. removed from the active records. When the student comes back years later the system retrieves this data and enables the clearance transactions (receipt of the unpaid dues) to be updated. The cleared status is updated thereafter. This means that the system users do not have any need to dig up the paper archives to check and update an old student\'s records. |
